La Goulette
Goulette could be considered a village. On the way from the train to the beach, you can visit Fort de la Goulette (Karraka) which is close by, and the Mosquée Abu Bakr As-Siddiq – جامع أبو بكر الصديق. When I reached the beach it was very calm, and not crowded at all. Even though the day that I went to the beach was during October the temperature was still perfect for a chill day at the beach and also for swimming.

After swimming, you could rest and escape the strong rays of the sun at Popeye’s Restaurant La Goulette. Here, you could find a table in front of the beach and the shade that could help you to enjoy the view while having a strong, aromatic espresso and listening to the waves.
